What we collect
Only what you give us. When you send the application form, that means your name, phone, email, company name, and whatever you write in the message field. If you use the chat box on the site, we keep that conversation so the person replying to you has the context.
We do not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this site, and we do not build a profile of you across other websites.
What we do with it
- Read your application and decide whether we are a fit for each other.
- Reply to you — by email, by phone, or in the chat thread you started.
- Keep a record of the conversation so you do not have to repeat yourself to a second person.
That is the whole list. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or use it to send you anything you did not ask for. We do not add you to a mailing list for applying.
Who else sees it
Our own team. Beyond that, only the infrastructure that stores the data and delivers the mail: Cloudflare hosts the site and database, and our mail provider sends the notification that a form came in. They process it on our behalf; they do not get to use it for anything else.
We will disclose information if we are legally required to, and we will tell you when we are allowed to.
How long we keep it
If we start working together, your application becomes part of your client record and we keep it while we work together and afterward as long as tax and contract law requires. If we do not work together, ask us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Email [email protected] and we will correct, export, or delete your information. No forms, no account, no waiting period.
If you live in California, the CCPA gives you the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to ask us to delete it, and the right not to be discriminated against for asking. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA, so there is nothing for you to opt out of.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. The app you log into uses a session cookie to keep you signed in; that one is strictly necessary and is not used for advertising.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top of this page.
