What we collect

Only what you give us. When you send the application form, that means your name, phone, email, company name, and whatever you write in the message field. If you use the chat box on the site, we keep that conversation so the person replying to you has the context.

We use four tools on this site. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits and sets no cookies. Google Analytics shows us which pages and which searches bring people in; it uses cookies and reports to Google. Those two are aggregate — they tell us how many people came and roughly from where. The third is the Meta Pixel, which tells us whether our advertising led to an application. The fourth is the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which answers the same question for our LinkedIn ads. Both use cookies, both report to their own platform, and both are tied to your browser and device rather than being anonymous. Because that is advertising technology, you can turn either off — see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information below. We do not sell your personal information for money.

What we do with it

• Read your application and decide whether we are a fit for each other.
• Reply to you — by email, by phone, or in the chat thread you started.
• Keep a record of the conversation so you do not have to repeat yourself to a second person.

That is the whole list. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or use it to send you anything you did not ask for. We do not add you to a mailing list for applying.

Who else sees it

Our own team. Beyond that, only the infrastructure that stores the data and delivers the mail: Cloudflare hosts the site and database, and our mail provider sends the notification that a form came in. They process it on our behalf; they do not get to use it for anything else.

We will disclose information if we are legally required to, and we will tell you when we are allowed to.

How long we keep it

If we start working together, your application becomes part of your client record and we keep it while we work together and afterward as long as tax and contract law requires. If we do not work together, ask us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Email [email protected] and we will correct, export, or delete your information. No forms, no account, no waiting period.

If you live in California, the CCPA gives you the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to ask us to delete it, and the right not to be discriminated against for asking. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA, so there is nothing for you to opt out of.

Language

This page is published in English and Spanish. If the two versions ever say something different, the English version is the one that governs.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California law treats sharing personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as a “share”. The Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag both do that, so this is the switch for them.

You have two ways to turn it off. The first is automatic: if your browser or an extension sends the Global Privacy Control signal, neither the Meta Pixel nor the LinkedIn Insight Tag loads at all — no cookies, no reporting to either platform. The second is to ask us directly: email [email protected] and say you want to opt out, and we will treat it as applying to your browser and device.

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not build a profile of you across other websites beyond what the pixel above does.

Cookies

This site uses cookies for four things. Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits and show us which pages are working. The Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag set cookies so we can tell whether our advertising led anywhere; that is advertising technology and you can opt out of it. The app you log into uses a session cookie to keep you signed in; that one is strictly necessary. Cloudflare Web Analytics, which also runs here, sets no cookies at all.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top of this page.
